Ephesus Mediterranean Grill
Fairly new restaurant at Meadow and Central boasts a large diverse menu and BYOB. Appetizers include feta cigars, falafel, baked feta, calamari, and gyro quesadillas. Seafood dishes feature Texas gulf snapper and whole roasted branzino. Made-to-order brick oven flatbreads, grilled shish kebabs, and favorites such as a lamb shank, risotto, gyros, and moussaka make up the rest of the menu. We enjoyed the family style platters that serve two to six people, offering an assortment of their most popular dishes.

This cozy neighborhood spot serves chef inspired street tacos priced at around three bucks, and sides such as queso fundido, guacamole verde, and Mexican fried rice. Wash it down with your choice of beer, specialty cocktails, wine, or even a rotating mezcal. Chef Andrew Savoie previously worked in some of the best restaurants in the U.S., and taught at the Art Institute of Dallas for almost a decade. Order at the counter, enjoy, and repeat. Tucked away in the SW corner of Audelia and Walnut Hill.
