Welcome!

Town Creek is a vibrant neighborhood with the camaraderie of a small community in a Big City! We are a Lake Highlands community within the city limits of Dallas, Texas. The Lake Highlands area is a collection of numerous subdivisions located in the northeast section of the City. We are served by District 10 City Councilperson, Kathy Stewart. The general Lake Highlands area, including Town Creek, fall within the Richardson Independent School District. (Interactive Map of Lake Highlands)

The Town Creek community, specifically, consists of 592 homes, bordered by Briarhurst Drive and Atherton Drive on the north, Arbor Park Drive on the east, Royal Lane on the south, and Abrams Road on the west.  A 1-1/3 mile paved trail runs through the neighborhood that traces the creek path of a tributary of White Rock Creek. You can enter the trail from Whitehurst Drive, Middle Downs, Arbor Park or Branch Hollow Drive. (Street Map of Town Creek)

We recognize numerous individuals and families who have moved into our community. Residents here span the demographic gamut, from Millennials with young children, to Baby Boomers with grandkids, from young professionals to retirees, creating a diverse and eclectic neighborhood.

We take great pride in the beauty of the Town Creek area. Trees that have been here longer than most of us, canopy the streets and create the woodlands along the tributary. The peaceful offshoot of the White Rock Creek is home to natural creatures that you may glimpse while strolling. You will most likely forget you are in a metropolitan area if you venture down into its depths.

Central living in Town Creek offers easy access to the Lake Highlands Town Center, access to miles of trails and to White Rock Lake, as well as, easy access throughout the Dallas area via major thoroughfares.
